I have tried to sign up for a wallet, but get error “wallet already exists”

This error means you already have a wallet linked to your email and/or mobile number and will need to log in with the password you set when you signed up for the wallet. If you've forgotten your password, then request a password reset on the sign in page.

Cannot sign into my wallet

Ensure you are using the correct mobile/email and password you have set for this wallet. If you've forgotten your password, request a password reset and reset your password and then log in with the new password.

I have topped up my wallet, but money doesn't appear in wallet

Please confirm and check if the money has actually left your Bank account. If the funds have left your bank account and is not reflecting on your wallet, please send us an email at support@witaxipay.co.za or call (+27) 76 579 7229 to have your issue solved.

I've not received cashout confirmation SMS. I have successfully cashed funds out of my wallet, however the SMS containing the voucher and pin has not been received.

Dial *120*02# from the same mobile number you requested the Cashout from and request a new voucher and pin to be sent to your phone. If the issue persists, please log a support ticket to support@witaxipay.co.za or call (+27) 76 579 7229 for the support team to resend the SMS containing the voucher and pin.

I have deleted my wallet account and tried registering for a new wallet using the deleted personal information. But I get the error "wallet already exists"

As a financial company, we are required by law to keep customer information. Deleting your account in the app doesn't delete your entire history with us. If you want to reuse your deleted personal info like Email/Phone number, please email us at support@witaxipay.co.za and we will further assist you on this matter.
